PyHRF is a set of tools for within-subject fMRI data analysis, focused on the characterization of the hemodynamics. Within the chain of fMRI data processing, these tools provide alternatives to the classical within-subject GLM estimation step. The inputs are preprocessed within-subject data and the outputs are statistical maps and/or fitted HRFs.
PyHRF is mainly written in Python and works for all platforms. C extensions are also provided for faster execution. This software is subject to a CeCILL v2 licence contract, and the download is available through the official website here.
pMRILab is a software for parallel Magnetic Resonance Imaging (pMRI) reconstruction.
More precisely, it allows to perform:
- the standard SENSE reconstruction
- regularized SENSE reconstruction in the wavelet domain.
The software is implemented in Matlab and works for all platforms provided that Wavelab is installed. This software is subject to a CeCILL v2 licence contract, and the download is available here.

FrameLab is a software which allows to estimate the frame coefficients and their prior's hyperparameters when only a noisy observation is available.
The software is implemented in Matlab and works for all platforms provided that Wavelab is installed. This software is subject to a CeCILL v2 licence contract, and the download is available here.
